A Mid-Week Break
Andrew took me running at this apricot orchard he discovered a couple of weeks ago. I have to admit, I seriously doubted that running in a dirt road apricot orchard would be fun or even pleasant. It was so beautiful! It reminded me that it’s good to take a break. Take a break from the usual routine of working out inside the gym, or not making time to try out new things during the work week. I hope this encourages you to remember to stop and take a break, I promise you’ll feel much better!
