Coffee Crumble Cake

I usually like baking my sweets and desserts from scratch, but this box mix from Trader Joe’s is just too easy and so good to pass up. It only costs $ 2, and makes enough to pair with our morning coffee for a week. If you’re a coffee cake lover like us, I highly recommend picking up a box and following the double layer topping directions.
