Elodie’s First Birthday Party

We closed out our 2014 with a bang on the final installment of The Glitter Guide/Pottery Barn Kids Partnership – Elodie’s First Birthday Party.

Taylor’s vision was a magical winter wonder world and her inspiration came from Tim Walker and included soft pastel colors, swans, and of course yummy treats and fun activities for all the little ones to enjoy.

We wanted to keep things intimate and host the party at Taylor’s home, and got creative to make things fit. We re-arranged some furniture and worked with AM Party Rentals to create a magical playroom with draping, lights and seating (from the living room!) in the garage. It was such a transformation! Oh and that sweet little teepee made an appearance along with some fun crafts and activities that the kiddos could enjoy.

Like the other sweet collaborations ( Halloween, Friendsgiving and the adorable cookies and cocoa party ) we worked with some incredible vendors that helped us bring Taylor’s vision to life.

Farmgirl flowers did their magic on the centerpieces, garlands, wall arrangement and teepee adornment which really transformed the space.

Taylor’s own sister from TreatUrSweet (talent runs in the family!) made all of the delicious treats and even built the custom the spinning cake topper!

We worked with Artifact Uprising to create the photo wall and Kelli Murray designed the adorable custom invites and graphics that were printed on coasters and napkins from Wedding Paper Divas and a paint-by-number guest book canvas from Tiny Prints. And the day-of signage was designed by the oh so talented Hen & Co.
